About Museum Rotterdam
Museum Rotterdam currently has one location for the public and education: Museum Rotterdam ’40-’45 NU at the Coolhaven. Here everything revolves around the Second World War and the bombing of May 1940. At the same time, the museum is working on visibility in the city through, among other things, the loan of pieces from the collection, educational programs, lectures, city walks and presentations.
New City Museum
Museum Rotterdam is currently working hard on the development of a new city museum. A place where Rotterdam’s heritage is preserved, shared and brought to life and that inspires and connects people. Together with the municipality of Rotterdam, a permanent location is being sought to establish the new museum.
