About Héroine
The Industrial Building, an icon of the Rotterdam reconstruction, is home to Héroine, decorated in retro design. The name means heroine in French and fits well with the mysterious character of the restaurant. You can come here for delicious dishes, tasty wines and a high-level service without fuss. The menu is surprising and changes regularly, the only thing you can choose from is the number of courses: 4, 5 or 7.
Héroine is also open for a 3 or 4 course lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The dishes are simple and with an eye for special techniques and taste (combinations) for which the chef is inspired by different cuisines from all over the world. Is he tired of a dish? Then it is immediately taken off the menu and a new dish takes its place. That way, it always remains a culinary surprise at Héroine.
