At the prestigious annual Red Carpet Dinner, we provide a warm welcome to international companies who arrived during the last 12 months with the support of Rotterdam Partners. With this event we express our sincere appreciation to the companies for choosing Rotterdam as a business location and being the heartbeat of Rotterdam’s entrepreneurial spirit. And also we want to give a big thank you to all guests for being an important part of our network.

Main networking event

The Red Carpet Dinner is considered one of the most important networking events for international companies in the Rotterdam region. It provides unique opportunities to meet and mingle with representatives and directors of national and international enterprises, innovative SME’s, (foreign) startups and scale-ups, ambassadors, (honorary) consuls and aldermen of local authorities.

An important part of the Red Carpet Dinner is getting together with the newly arrived companies and celebrating the value and impact of collaboration. Every year this special event has a theme in line with Rotterdam’s values and which reflects on the year.

 

 

 

Red Carpet Dinner, edition 2023

On 2 October 2023, at the Rooftop of Groot Handelsgebouw, Vice Mayor Robert Simons warmly welcomed a total of 25 international companies who set up business during the last 12 months with the support of Rotterdam Partners, and who became a part of our thriving business community. Inspiring talks by Paebbl, Q8, and i4sea highlighted why Rotterdam was their choice. Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship emphasized the vitality of partnerships, echoing our commitment to staying ahead in the entrepreneurial game. Vice Mayor Simons showed his gratitude for choosing Rotterdam and Prince Constantijn Van Oranje-Nassau welcomed all New Arrivals in a video. After the plenary part, there was plenty of opportunity to network during a walking dinner.
